The Designer & The Beginning
Meet Ash
A head-on collision caused me to sustain a spinal cord injury over twenty years ago at seven. I found an oasis from daily medical routines in films and daydreams during primary school, which led to my imagination developing storylines and characters. I planned to use my infatuation with the written word as a way to tell meaningful stories about the world's misfits and artistically minded individuals.
I decided to pursue a career in writing. My original goal was to become a screenwriter and watch the character-driven storylines I loved creating come to life through the performances of talented actors I adore and unfold on camera. By age twenty-one, I received a Bachelor's Degree in Film and a Master's Degree in Creative Writing from a private college for entertainment, Full Sail University.
Upon finding difficulty breaking into the entertainment industry after college, I pivoted the direction of my career goals towards technical writing and content creation. I relocated to Miami, where I accepted a position working for the management team of a research organization, The Buoniconti Fund and The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis.
After turning from a less creative-minded job in administration, I set out to find positions with companies like book and magazine publishers. In 2019, I started writing editorials and transcribing interviews for a popular online lifestyle magazine, Haute Media Group.

As an individual with physical limitations, I am passionate about creating the colorful and visceral graphics we experience in everyday life. After assessing the past ten years of my professional experience with a colleague, I pointed out a pattern of using my writing and storytelling skills to promote the companies employing me. My career path felt like it was pointing me in the direction of digital marketing. After telling this to my colleague, he mentioned that his employee’s wife had recently started her own social media management company called My Social Lady and now offered classes for others to receive their certification in this field. After going through the courses and earning my certification, I started work as a contractor for her excellent company.
Over the past two years as a social media manager and writing consultant for several small businesses throughout Florida, I gained experience designing promotional content to expand their brand's reach. Along with digital copies of designs Moore Creative customers use as the printed products for their special occasions, services also include digital posts for their brand. After experiencing the creation, designing process, and maintenance of my client's websites. I also discovered immense enjoyment in website design services.
Finally, I have also lent my services of creating custom-designed invitations, flyers, greeting cards, letterheads, logos, stationery, and websites, among numerous other print or digital formats, to family and friends, enjoying every minute. Starting Moore Creative Designs allowed me to do the same for others or small businesses.
